My dentist recently got new equipemnt: his xray machine no longer uses film. They were able to show me the xrays right away on the screen of the computer in the room where I was getting worked on. Cool. So I asked the to email me the pictures. This wallpaper is made from a manipulated version of one of the pictues. The really bright things are the fillings in one tooth. The gray things are the teeth.
POV-Ray and gimp were used to tweak up the image and add orniments. I realize that the whole tech style has been done to death and I had resolved to stop making pictures in this style, but somehow the "look" of the xray *demanded* that I use the tech style just one more time.
